We believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament to be the divinely inspired, infallible Word of God, given as the final and supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
We believe that there is one God, Creator of all, who eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe every person is made in God’s image to glorify Him and to have fellowship with Him. Being separated from God, we are incapable of a right relationship with Him apart from His divine grace.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal future return in power and glory. Jesus Christ is the only way that God provided for humans to be reconciled to Himself.
We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit to regenerate the lost and to renew and indwell Christians, empowering them to live godly lives.
We believe in Christ’s return to raise the living and the dead, to judge all and to establish His kingdom. Those who have rejected Christ’s gift of salvation will be eternally separated from God’s presence, while those made righteous by Christ will live with Him forever.
We believe that salvation is wholly a work of God’s free grace and not the work of man in whole or in part, or due to man’s goodness or religious ceremony; that it is a gift to man received by personal faith at which time the righteousness of Christ is imputed to the sinner, thereby justifying him in God’s sight.
We believe that all true believers once saved are eternally secure forever, because of the nature and work of Christ and the very nature of the divine gift of eternal life; that it is the privilege of all who are saved to be assured of their salvation from the very moment that they accept Him as Savior; that this assurance is not based on their own merit, but by the testimony of the Scriptures and the witness of the Holy Spirit.
We believe that the local church is a fellowship of believers in Jesus Christ who have joined together for the worship of God, for edification through the Word of God, for prayer, fellowship, the proclamation of the gospel and observance of the ordinances of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
We believe every aspect of our lives that has any value, we owe to the atonement of Jesus Christ.
We believe that every person without Jesus Christ is lost and that God has commanded His people, “Go into all of the world and preach the gospel to every creature”. Mark 16:15 NKJV “… go therefore and make disciples of all nations . . .” Matthew 28:19 NKJV
